Our Return & Exchange Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt date. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we want you to love every item as much as we love curating them for you.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact Our Support Team
Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:

Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our support team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. Please do not send items back without this authorization.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please include:
- All original items in their original condition
- Original packaging and tags
- A copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
- The RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package

Refund Information
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Credit card/PayPal refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB)
- PayPal accounts
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Information
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- If the exchange item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
- Standard shipping rates apply for exchanged items
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the quality and safety of our products for all customers, we cannot accept returns on:
- Books & Booklets (including ANIMALS & TOYS BOOKS + BOOKLETS, ANNE KELLY TEXTILES, ARTIST + CRAFT ARTISTS BOOKS, BEGINNERS CROCHET BOOKS, BEGINNERS KNITTING BOOKS)
- Digital Patterns (including 4PLY/FINGERING PATTERNS, ARAN/WORSTED PATTERNS, BABIES & CHILDREN PATTERN BOOKS, BABY PATTERNS)
- Opened or Used Yarn that cannot be resold
- Personalized or Custom Items
- Sale or Clearance Items (unless defective)
Important Notes
• Items must be returned in original condition with all tags attached
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error
• International returns may be subject to customs fees, which are not refundable
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
